Doves Farm Quick Yeast

Doves Farm Quick Yeast is ideal for use in hand baking and machine baking. Use as part of the recipe if you are looking for quick, fast, instant or easy yeast. This is great for using if you are making bread which requires yeast. For every 500g/1lb of bread flour you have, use 1 teaspoon of the quick yeast. This product is gluten free.

Yeast, emulsifier (sorbitan monostearate).
